I look forward to uploading my Banshot to imageshack for all to see if I'm ever banned again.

Also, when you are VAC banned it encompasses ALL steam games that support VAC. So if you get VAC banned on TF2 or DOD or any game supported and monitored by VAC you will be VAC banned on CS 1.6. Just FYI.

And btw, it takes about 4-8 days to become vac banned. Because of the parimeters that valve uses, they look over every players in-game statistics and can see if you inject anything into the game files before loading the game engine. If he ever gets banned by VAC you wont see him anyway, but I seriously doubt that he will because I know what integrity is and what it takes to have it and hoho certaintly has it down.
