I usually play very passively, but I sometimes play very aggresively to keep the opposite team guessing about my playstyle and my intentions.
And to ruin their confidence and start being scared of every corner. Easier to win mental gtame before turning the table to make my team in a lead.
Plus I play aggresively to show my opponents I'm not scared to take them all on (building my confidence).

And I hate when someone tell me what to do. In a game, the only reason I ever listened to strat caller is because my teammates count on me.
In pubs, unfortunately, I listen and try to establish a tamplay only with those who can make me feel they have confidence in their ability as a strat-caller and their skills.

And, in pubs, I prefer to survive rather than to make my team win.
If it's clear I will die, I take down as much as I can with me. So next time my opponents will think before even trying to push on me.
If it's clear our team cannot win, I play very aggresively and than very passively when I find some place I can hold.

Im as a old player of this game didnt get that much experience of team play.

My first Counter-Strike game was 1.1 then 1.3.

I was playing jsut to defense my self in first, cause u know first time player and shit.

Then 2 years later i got some skills and started to playe lot better.

several more years i learned how to play team play.

Im as a Kinda " OLD PLAYER" for cs, used my old tactics. What i usually do is rushing at players trying to be unsxpected person in unxpexpected time, so other will be Like WTF!?? HOW come! I love when they say that =)

So my aim is kinda differrent always just cause one day im drunk and another im soba.

But usually i aim just little bit above head. And also i love to kill people using shields cause they never i mean never cover their legs =)))

talk a little more about your game, how you play and stuff, i mean, camping is good, but not that good man

i also play much with Awp and just like to walk around with it,
sometimes i can go frenzy and kill about 3-6 enemies >)

I like to follow order like (crispy) follow me!

i like to cover people but not the best at that.

oh and i like to rape people with knife to xD

Usually in a real-world type map I would use a scout and either fiveseven or a p228 in say dust or dust2. Those open maps are great because most people just run in groups and I like to stay alone, going opposite of where everyone else goes, so I get nice vantage points to flank and pick off. It's not called "camping" because I'm moving around. It's just that I always try to be somewhere perpendicular to the action. I shoot once, and I move away whether I hit or not. They will take aim but quickly lose interest and start chasing me which means I can either move and shoot with the scout or pistol (both more accurate moving than their rifles) or I can feign running and then ambush them at the next corner with the pistols.

These maps let me move freely and either get in close or far and there's plenty of corners to escape to if someone sees me and they have m4 or ak.

Maps like train require a different strategy. There are so many paths and always ways to get behind people. Vision is pretty bad here. I tend to stray from the crowd again and do the "pull a hard six" thing. I would run towards the action, make sure I'm spotted, then I would double back and runaway, only to turn around right at a corner, let them catch up, and surprise them. Most cs players are too simple minded to avoid these tricks.

Now for those very symmetrical and fictional maps like iceworld. These are maps that test your brute aim and "mouse skills" rather than your mind. The only way to beat all those "proz" is my patented "run in circles, run nowhere" trick while wielding shotgun. My success depends on how close I can get and my ability to avoid running face on with rifle wielders.

People underestimate the "weak" pistols. They don't seem to realize that these weak pistols give great running accuracy and quick follow up shots. They also think the shotgun and scout are "taunt toys" but they are in the game for a reason. And the less people use them, the worse they do against those that do use them.

So basically I'm not a mouse god with the m4 and ak so I make it up by using fun tactics. What's the point of a game if all you do is work your wrist & mouse? I like to play for the mental challenge of "owning the other guy with strategy."

I may pick up the assault rifle / sniper / deagle crap when my team's losing horribly in a map like snow or something but that's about it.

By the way. It's not called AWP. It's actually the AWM. The AWPolice uses a different round than the AWMagnum. Counter Strike's sniper uses the .338 laupa which is the Magnum version of that rifle. No one listens...

With what i do, i prefer to use a silenced weapon - m4a1 works pretty good as does the usp...
I bring plenty of grenades... n throw them high into the air as i move back, with this method people cant hear the grenade coming/clanking like a hegren when it bounces, just until it explodes leaving plenty of people dazed...

I realize territory helps a lot in play but such maps like train and nuke is more of rushing and deception/ambushing to use these tactics bring plenty of good pros that will follow up with you.
