X Hz capped also can be fixed by using the jumper settings on your computer, graphics card and monitor but of course they will take away power pulling the computer away from stablity.

You really dont understand how tutorials are made in a sequencial order do you, if im going to include the time taking and more difficult tutorials from the start don't you think its an importance to set the basics before concluding everything with just steriod tutorials. Tuts that will include jumper to hardware modifications, system msc, registry, and scripts, of course this will be available in a wide variety of oses.
