How do i add Friend IN Non STEAM??
Plzz help me

I think you cannot add friends in steamed cs either.

But you can add friends in Steam.

Actually it's very easy. Follow the tutorial:

1) While you are playing, press ESC.

2) Now you'll see the option "Players List"on your left. Click on it.

3) This option will bring to you the list of players that are in the server you're playing at the moment.

4) Now, just find the name of the person you want to add, then click "Add to Friend List"
