pushing m for menu for zombie server (wont work for me)

whenever i push m for the menu it doesnt work. nothing comes up at all. anybody know why or what i have to do to fix this? itd be greatly appreciated thanks!

I'm not sure...

Try to delete config.cfg and see if that helps.

config.cfg is located at
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\your account\counter-strike\cstrike
or if you are using non-steam than
C:\Program Files\Valve\cstrike
find the file (config.cfg) than delete it, and if that wont help than I don't know.
