My name is Alex Kent, a leader of this team and i would like you to get in understanding od what im saying and think about it.
As everyone know the history of this team started 2.5 years ago. In public server named "beyond innovation".
So if someone havent read it at site menu( history of clan) then i will tell you little bit about it. So its happen 2.5 years ago.
Three players nicknamed Keystone Playdoh and Kent^anTikiLLer ( Me) , decided to create a team cause they were playing good teamwork together at pubs but they never knew wat gonna happen next, in Future. Me as already expirienced player of Counter-Strike (Btw i always had nonsteam well except my first cs i bought it xD ) was informed a lot about creating a clans and teached how to keep them sticked together. I knew that we need website and server. But there was a problem no money . So Keystone opened FREE FORUM at some funny place, dont remember now, and we were there. Then after a couple moths Keystone jsut dissapeared to nowhere and then playdoh. Me. I stayed alone. With bunch of unregestered NONSTEAm members of clan. Then i realized that some of them hack! And then i had to change name of clan and change server were i play. And i never informed them again. Then some time past. I met a player named HAXORZ Biatch. He helped me to open website and organize clan roster. WE did great job! After i met Ka6aH at VERTEX SERVER, (name at game sergeant). He asked me if i want diff website. Then he builded this UCOZ website. we organized it together. Did well!
Then couple moths later we understood that we need a game server. So itried to host server from my house but did bad job. Cause my laptop sucks lol. So. LAter. One guy named Kano asked me to join clan. Me and Sergeant tested him on hacks (if he use or not) and accepted him.
Then kano made a donation for Server. He did first time doantion by that time. WE opened 16 sltos public server. then some people started buying admins so we did 24 slots. and after we bought CAS private server for scrims and Training!
Isnt it good? ANd wat u think happened next?
I met a skileld player named FCNZ at our server tested him on hacks. he is not. ok i ask him to join. THen he agreed. ( btw i happy to have player like him at clan) So after. FCNZ asked his friend CAM' to leave application to join too. CAM left app i accepted him cause i know fcnz so i can trust him. And recently this guy named CAM. Provided us with domain . www.teamcas.com ( will be new website link soon today i hope).
So we growing or not? any coments? Suggestions? Should Alex Kent work more on this team?

Status: | Head shot, It's just I'm in this clan since beyond innovation server, and since that time, I always tried to help the clan somehow. I mean, he spoke of FCNZ, Kano, ka6ah, haxorz, but not me  And I did as much as anyone of these guys he spoke of

Again proving how dumb you are. The skill set required to perform in pubs is totally different than the one necessary for competitive league play. There is SO much more to this game than the surface you see. I know you think you know it all, but trust me, you know NOTHING about this game. I've been playing for 10 years and still learn new shit every week, still run into guys better than me too. In pubs, competitive players don't really try. At least I don't and I know most of my friends don't either. Shit, James will laugh at me if I use flashbangs, prenade or walk in pubs. We play pubs for fun, to run around and shoot and just fuck around and have fun with people. Now when I see a hacker, wtf do you want me to do? Ignore it because he's on the team? cRISPy put alot of effort in the team and pays for the server, I think it's only fair that we play legit and not hurt the clans reputation. Head-shot wasn't a "maybe" ban. It was an obvious 100% ban. Have you even read what I said about his ban? Maybe you'd learn a bit about the game. Added (2009-06-04, 1:47 Pm)

You basically can't judge someone's skill off of public servers. The only people who try in pubs are those who NEED to try hard in order to get a decent score. Haxorz, I can bring 4 friends of mine, no one special, just 4 regular competitive players and myself, we'll play you along with the 4 best people you know. Obviously would have to be on a steam server. Not that I'm scared but no competitive player will play on nonsteam for a scrim, they'll just tell me "who cares, he's a noob, drop it" and they will play another random team instead. (I guess if you've never been on #findscrim on irc it's hard for you to understand the scrimming on the spot concept vs scheduling scrims like pub clans do).

I really hate pubs, so I suck at them. I'm just used to play 5x5 with tatics and shit. Like this I play nice
