3) When did it happen: after a few rounds on nuke

5) What happened: i think i was leading the team in frags when i got banned without warning. i've been playing regularly in the server for the past few days, almost always with an admin, and nobody has accused me of hacking until now. i've never touched a hack, and never will. ffs, i play on a mac; i don't even think i can use hacks if i wanted to.
