1. Clan Practice
here's some example of schedule for you xD
Monday 7:00-9:30 p.m. pacific zone time
Wednesday 7:00-9:30 p.m.
Friday 6:30-7:55 p.m.

for these days you need to be on the training at least 2 a week and if you miss one or more you need to write a reason of your absence

other day is
Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
but this training wiil be not required
also when clan training the server will be able only for clan members ( also [T] )

2. You should let the [T] marks be removed ( it will be good idea ).

3. On the practices we'll be making the tactics

4. >> Seperated Practices <<
If you are good at awp , ak47 , m4a1 , pistols only , etc. we should have more servers for that only for the clan members only though !!
In the certain maps only certain guns will be allowed that way we can practice our skills ......

5. Every friday after practice a match will be played only for clan members and ( ! ) admins * will choose best snipers from their servers and assain them into teams , other admins will choose best ak's , m4a1's and on.... to each team so that way we can make a team

6. Admins
We need more admins !!! Because of my idea we'll need more admins. Also because i see lots of cheaters on the server and only few are punished....

7. Because of the idea in number 4 everyone should have a tryonut for each gun so we can see what we're good at and eventually on th friday matches we can play an important role in our tactic

8. Shotguns
We need to involve more shotguns in our game. They are very good too .....

9. Tactics
We need them !
