BASIC OVERVIEW

Alright boys and girls, we're now taking the first steps into a more competitive clan in the world of CS 1.6. Now I realize we all have lives so the expectations aren't gonna be too high at first. The Division A team is only required 1 day of practice (hours still pending) a week. This is just to start, understand that as time goes on it'll get a bit longer maybe even two days. It all depends on how much you guys wanna put into this. Division B is also required to practice a day a week, again this will be expanded as time goes on. Division C is required to at least practice once every two weeks. Now this may seem low to you guys, but you must stick to these requirements. When we start meeting regularly and things start churning. Understand that we may crank up the requirements a bit. Hopefully you'll learn to balance both life and CS.

TEAM PLACEMENT

Team placement will be decided on 2 factors. One is dedication and this is the most important factor. You could be good enough for the CPL, but unless you don't have the dedication to play regularly, then you should probably stay away from Division A. Now, don't let that scare you, we aren't tyrants. We understand things come up. Now as long as you can do the requirements, you should be in great shape. Once a week really isn't that bad. Next requirement is skill. You could play 24/7, but not have the skills to scrim on the Division A Team. You need both dedication and skill to do well. How will we gauge your skill? TRYOUTS!

TRYOUT DATE: FRIDAY, JANUARY 29, 2010 @ 5:00 PM US-CENTRAL TIME; 6:00 PM US-EAST TIME

PROMOTION AND RELEGATION

Now, if we're going to be playing, the more we play the better we get. And sometimes we surpass those above us. So that means we're gonna have a system of both promoting and relegating members up and down. How will we do this? Player Challenges or duels! Those in lower Divisions can challenge any member from the Division above them into a duel. A duel consists of 16 rounds on each side on a neutral playing ground agreed by both sides. Now you can only be promoted and relegated in order, so no skipping from C to A, UNLESS you're ruled a special circumstance by the leader and admin. Also realize, you can't just ignore duels! You must respond to it within 2 weeks, whether you're just no on or you ignore it. If you don't respond, then you will automatically lose and be relegated. Winner, of course gets promoted. Keep in mind that skill isn't the only thing to keep in mind when promoting. You must also be able to give the dedication. Also realize that you can only challenge ONCE EVERY 2 MONTHS. So use these sparingly.

WHAT IS A PRACTICE?

Now pubbing together for 15 minutes as a team with some random guys isn't a practice. A practice should have you working together in a team and get familiar with your teammates. That means such practices will require you guys working together at least 75% of the time. So Scrim Games; Division vs Division Scrims count as practices. If you have another idea for practice, feel free to give some suggestions and they'll be approved or disapproved by the leader/admins. Practices should last AT LEAST 45 minutes. Longer is even better!

SCOUT REPORT: ONLY PLAYERS GOOD ENOUGH FOR A SO FAR FROM MY POV - jiGGz, s00ky, fncz, Sargent...
